The Effect of Information Technology Use, Population Administration Services, and Information Quality On Public Satisfaction at The Dairi Disdukcapil Service

This study aims to examine the effect of Information Technology Utilization, Population Administration Services, and Information Quality on Public Satisfaction and to identify the most influential variables. The research location is the Dairi Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, located at Jl. Pandu, Bintang Hulu, Sidikalang District. The sample size was 275 residents. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with a 5% error rate. Community data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via g-form with a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis techniques used included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, f-tests, and coefficients of determination using SPSS 26.The results of this study indicate that partially, the Utilization of Information Technology, Population Administration Services, and Information Quality have a positive and significant effect on Public Satisfaction. Simultaneously, these three independent variables significantly influence public satisfaction, with a calculated F-value of 67.915, greater than the F-table of 2.64, and a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.429, meaning that 42.9% of the variation in public satisfaction can be explained by the Utilization of Information Technology, Population Administration Services, and Information Quality, while the remaining 57.1% is influenced by factors outside this
