2. Journal Management & Editorial Structure

The operational workflow of the journal is managed independently through Open Journal Systems (OJS) by an international editorial team comprising:

Editor-in-Chief: Oversees journal scope, scientific quality, policy implementation, and ethical integrity.
Managing Editor(s): Directs manuscript workflows, coordinates preliminary screening, reviewer assignments, and production scheduling.
Editorial Board Members: Qualified international scholars and researchers from various higher education institutions who contribute to peer-review management, scholarly evaluation, and strategic direction.
Layout, Copyediting, and Production Team: Handles formatting, proofreading, metadata deposition (including Crossref DOIs), and archiving procedures.
